CHAPTER 1: REVIEW THE CURRENT NARRATIVE
To begin, you will get re-acquainted with yourself. With support, you will give yourself the permission to explore who you really are, and who you want to be. As we reveal what keeps you safe and what gets you by, you will begin to re-evaluate the stories that are holding you back from being the best version of you.
CHAPTER 2: LET GO OF OLD STORIES
We continue on your journey in getting to know your best self by uncovering the lessons you’ve learned and carried from your past. Together, we’ll work on letting go of old limiting beliefs that don’t support your growth, your self-esteem, and your personal sense of freedom.
CHAPTER 3: START A NEW CHAPTER
As you become more courageous in the pursuit of your own happiness, you will begin to feel more confident, more independent, and more resilient to the old ideas that used to hold you back. You will begin to feel a shift in the way that you see yourself and your relationships. Together we will work on writing a brand new narrative that is going to re-define who you really are and what you truly want.
CHAPTER 4: OWN YOUR STORY
Now that you love your new narrative, it’s time to own your story! In the last chapter, we’ll put your newfound thoughts and beliefs into action. You will begin to trust yourself and your intuition when it comes to making the best decisions for you. You will be able to set healthy boundaries and ask for what you want without guilt or worry of what others will think.
Your relationships will begin to thrive, as you radiate with confidence wherever you go. Most importantly, you will create sustainable results – because this story is based on the version of you that you love; the you that knows that you are enough… just as you are.
